The food desk reads the file before anyone else sees it: product, plant, certificates, packing and the destination. Export Bridge does not publish an open catalogue. Buyers receive a prepared file; manufacturers keep the corridor.

What the desk opens

• Plant capacity, harvest window and cold-chain notes
• Certificates that actually travel with the lot
• Packing, labelling and the first destination
• VAT, legal and logistics sitting on the same file

If the corridor is not ready, the desk says so. If it is, the next step is a working plan — not a public listing.
